A Culinary Arts Institute graduate, Loren has worked as a chef at the four-star Quilted Giraffe, Gotham Bar & Grill, and the Water Club, where she was the executive pastry chef. In 1997, her training and passion for excellent food led her to launch Naturally Delicious as a full-service catering and event-planning company. As the owner of Naturally Delicious, Loren works to assure that the quality of service and the food is of the highest caliber, that events are impeccably planned and managed, and that every client has a wonderful experience. Loren is a member of the James Beard Foundation, The National Restaurant Association and The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.
